Powys Media was founded in 1999. Our first book was the novel, Mary's Monster by William Latham. Since  then, we have published an extensive series of novels, audiobooks, and an anthology of short fiction based on the British science fictions epic SPACE:1999. Powys has also published two novels based on THE PRISONER.

 In 2018, Out the House (a novella of THE HOUSE BETWEEN) by Joseph Maddrey  was published, and in 2019, we began publishing books of poetry from poets in Southeast Los Angeles (SELA).

In addition to books, Powys has a record label which has released a number of albums as both CDs and/or digital downloads (via iTunes, Amazon, etc.) from groups  including TKU, Nacional Electrónica, Angels May Prevail and others.
